In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by at866. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. at866 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, odds compilation error, or suspicious betting patterns.

7.2 Void Bets

Where at866's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to at866 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by at866

at866 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where at866 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your Account was registered using false or misleading information.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Your betting activity exhibits patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of system errors.
• You are engaging in, or facilitating, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law-enforcement request requires us to restrict your Account.

11.2 Termination by You

Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Remaining real-money balances will be refunded to your verified payment method.

11.3 Effect of Termination
